| Max Arguile

Licensing Manager Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 252 1614 email: max@gbeye.com
Max has worked in licensing for over 10 years. His team work, his intuition towards market trends and his professional attitude towards licensors has been a key part of GB eye's success. A father of 3 young ‘uns (all under 7) Max is kept busy at home. When he’s not exercising his parenting skills he’s particular to a glass of fine wine, and likes to expand (and decimate) his burgeoning cellar of vintages. A keen cyclist, Max also enjoys studying holes in the ground (truly!) and is a big fan of American TV shows. A vegetarian, Max’s favourite sandwich is cream cheese and olives. |

| Emma Leatherbarrow

Licensing and Premiums Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 252 1626 email: emma@gbeye.com
Emma is currently on maternity leave.
Previously International Product Manager at Warp Records (home to Maximo Park, Aphex Twin et al), Emma has joined the team with a particular remit to co-ordinate licensing and oversee premiums. Her ability to project manage a variety of tasks simultaneously ensures that our licensors’ needs are rarely unmet. This ability has no doubt come naturally to her as she is a mother to a regular tearaway 5 year old, who definitely keeps her on the ball. Emma likes cooking, walking the dog, cosying up to log fires and leaving work early (her hours are 9.15-2.15). Emma also spots a mean shopping bargain, and is very generous with the cookies (and lollies in the summer!) |

Licensing and Art Brands
Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0088 email: mike@gbeye.com
Mike is the newest addition to the licensing team and previously worked in new media before which he studied fine art with particular reference to film and video. His area of responsibility here on the good ship GB covers a broad range from freelance artists and photographers, through photo agencies, to the art brand and design led licenses. His keen eye for what makes a great poster or print combined with a deep understanding of the market are key strengths. Michael doesn’t like bread and yet he’s a fluent Spanish speaker. He has a Sicilian background, so don’t mess with him. He went to school with Lonnie (father of skiffle) Donegan’s kids. He likes to read books, have a good natter, and at the weekend he likes to potter! (He's got some crazy headgear too.)

Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0472 email: neil@gbeye.com
Neil, one of our resident number-crunchers, came to GB fresh from university and has quickly established himself as an expert in royalty reporting and sales analysis, providing the back-up we need. Consistent and accurate, his input is invaluable and enables the team to move swiftly in negotiations. A Luton Town FC supporter, he plays football in both Saturday and Sunday Leagues. Neil is an avid computer games player and is a fan of Pro-Evo Soccer. His favourite tipple is Warsteiner. Neil now owns a house! |

Senior Designer Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 252 1627 email: lee@gbeye.com Known throughout his life as Monty, he has been with GB since 2000, and is a big Scunthorpe United fan. Lee has been running the Design department since 2001. Monty has worked on such projects as Pokemon, Star Wars, Manchester United and many of the Disney projects from Toy Story to Power Rangers, etc.
It is a well known fact that what Monty doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing! Monty owns a juicer too. And now a house to go with it. |

| Tom Hewitt
|
Designer Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0097 email: tomhewitt@gbeye.com
Tom joined our Design team at the same exact time as Joe. He is a big extreme sports fan, and has been known to skateboard, snowboard and BMX in his 'yoof'. Now at the grand old age of 21, he has hung up his Vans and retired from the sports circuit, instead preferring to watch it on TV. Tom is involved in working on Disney, WWE, The Simpsons, and Transformers to name a few. Tom likes Nando's chicken, wearing fluffy slippers and looking at boobies (all day if he could get away with it). He owns 16 guinea pigs, and loves them all very much. (Some of these "facts" may be false.) Tom is also considering a journey to the foot of the property ladder sometime within the next 12 months. |

| Joe Butterell

Designer Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0082 email: joe@gbeye.com
Also 21, Joe (aka "Butch") is a Sheffield Wednesday supporter. He loves Shameless, and has a cat called Gladys. He still lives at home, and enjoys lie-ins at the weekend, especially as his mum brings him a bacon butty in bed. He's not bothered about takeaways, and is quite a healthy chap really, apart from his obsession with beer. Joe has a great taste in music, everything from MIA to Gil Scott Heron, to the Venga Boys, to Grimesthorpe Colliery Band to Kelis - how eclectic is that?! (no, but seriously he has got a very refined taste for one so young). Joe likes to party hard in Ibiza and also at Creamfields. He lurves the Liverpool accent. |

| Drew Mander
|
Designer Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0096 email: drew@gbeye.com
Drew joined GB's warm & fuzzy design team in the autumn of 2007. He stole in quietly, almost under the radar, but has been gradually revealing himself as a man with a dry & witty humour. However, there have to be some drawbacks to this, namely he supports Derby County and he talks to himself. Drew likes hugs and two favourite phrases of his are "Hi-5" and "don't leave me hanging". Drew's fave food is Chinese. Mmmmm! |

| Lindsay Hancock

Designer Direct Dial: +44 (0)114 292 0083 email: lindsayhancock@gbeye.com
Bringing the delicate feminine touch that's sorely been missing in our design department comes Lindsay. She's a neat freak - so will no doubt be organising the men in the team, and bless them! their studio already smells sweeter. She's apparently a bit of a hoarder, and has a lizard called Chico Ginelli. Her favourite food is mashed potatoes and gravy (a winner in every household, surely), but makes up for all those carbs with regular trips to the gym, and hitting her yoga mat. She hates piccalilli, long toe nails (yuk!) and cold weather, so her antidote to all that is curling up on the couch on a winter's evening, with the heating up high, the curtains drawn, and a good film (or man) to keep her amused.
